  • Planned Visit: If your admission is planned, simply inform our dedicated TPA Desk (Insurance Desk) at least 3-5 days before your visit. This gives us time to connect with your insurer.
  • Emergency Care: In an emergency, our team will initiate the process immediately upon your admission, ensuring no delay in your urgent care.
  • What We Do: We’ll help you compile and submit all necessary documents – your doctor’s advice, ID proof, health insurance policy details, and relevant medical reports – to your insurance company or TPA for their quick approval (pre-authorization).
  • Once your insurance company/TPA grants pre-authorization, your cashless treatment is approved!
  • You can then proceed with your admission to Altor Hospitals in Bengaluru without needing to make any upfront payment for the services covered by your policy.
  • Your Journey Starts Here: Our team will guide you smoothly from reception to your comfortable room, allowing you to settle in without financial stress.
  • While you receive expert medical care, our proactive TPA Desk team works tirelessly behind the scenes.
  • They manage all communication with your insurance provider, ensuring all necessary documents and treatment updates are submitted promptly to facilitate your cashless claim.
  • When your doctor determines you’re ready for discharge, our team coordinates with your insurance provider for final approval.
  • Once cleared, you simply sign the required documents. Your medical bills for covered treatments are directly settled by your insurance company. You’ll only need to pay for any non-covered expenses or deductibles as per your specific policy.
